On Tuesday 4th September to celebrate Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week I partnered with Mish Wright founder of MishWright.com and Rebecca Perrone from Real Transitions to present a free online event - Peri-menopause Happy Hour: Stirring Up Solutions for Anxiety and Alcohol.
This event delved into the challenges of perimenopause, exploring the heightened anxiety many women experience and how alcohol can worsen these feelings.
