Aromatherapy Hot or Cold Pack

Australian lupins are a sustainable and lightweight alternative to traditional grains. They provide comforting warmth when heated in the microwave or soothing coolness when chilled in the freezer.

Lupins hold heat for longer, are lighter, and have low/no odour when heated, compared to wheat or rice packs.

The hot/cold aromatherapy pack is 25cm x 13cm.

It is not recommended using one pack for both cold and heat. Try to use only for one or the other as moisture in the pack can cause issues when heating.

Put the pack in the microwave for 1 minute then for 30 seconds each time until you reach your desired heat. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes.

Place the aromatherapy lupin pack in a snap lock bag and place in the freezer an hour before use.

The L-Theanine contained in the delicious drink is an amino acid that has been shown to promote relaxation without drowsiness, so will help you wind down at the end of your day while you are still able to do all the things you need to do at that time of the day.

While there is no limit on how much you can consume of Adapt Relax, adaptogens have been shown to work most effectively when taken consistently over time. It is better to have 1 - 2 cans a day, each day, rather than drinking all twelve in one go!
