Our second Yoga and Relax session will be held on Saturday 13th August 3.30pm - 4.30pm at the fabulous Own Your Health Collective Wellness Hub in East Keilor.
This event is an opportunity for our community to spend some time nurturing their body and enjoy tasting our sparkling adaptogenic drinks!
The hour session will start with a 30 minute Slow Flow Yoga class with yoga and meditation teacher Natalie Moore. Natalie invokes calm and mindful awareness in your practice that you can bring into your daily life. Her yoga focuses on integrating physical movement with mindful focus and engaging breath.
Then after the 30 min class join Nicole Avery, founder of Adapt Drinks in a conversation on how you can set yourself up for a less stressful week while tasting delicious Adapt Drinks Relax - a sparkling adaptogenic drink designed to help you unwind and relax.
You will receive a hard copy guide of Nicole's tips including helpful templates and a can of both Lemon Myrtle and Strawberry Gum Relax to take home with you to help you unwind through out the week.You will leave the session feeling revitalised, relaxed and ready to tackle the new week. What do I need to bring?
Just yourself! You can bring your own yoga mat if you prefer otherwise you can use the mats provided.
What should I wear?
Some form of active wear that will allow you to move. A couple of layers for the top half as you might want to remove some as you warm up through out the class and put them back on afterwards.
I have never done yoga before, can I still do the class?
Absolutely! The class will cater for all levels of experience.
