Founded by Victoria and Sébastien in 2017, I Am That – Yoga is based on the premise that Yoga is a way of life rather than just a practice, they believe that everyone’s Yoga is different. Anything that allows you to exist a little more mindfully and find some equanimity and peace is Yoga. That is why, rather than telling you what Yoga is, they believe in providing you with the tools and the space to find your own - both in the Studio as well as with their products and Online Yoga community.
In keeping with their ethos of providing their community with quality products, I Am That - Yoga has now added Adapt Drinks Relax to their stock. Adapt Drinks Relax and I Am That - Yoga work beautifully together with many attending classes in the afternoon and evening as a way to relax. Adapt Drinks Relax of course has been designed to help you unwind and relax. It will be the perfect drink to consume after shavasana!
The amenities at I Am That - Yoga offers are beautiful and welcoming. The studios are bathed in natural light and are adorned with plants, creating a tranquil and calming environment. With one hot, infrared-heated studio and two beautiful unheated studios, there is a variety of classes and time slots to suit everyone's needs. They also have a weather-proof outdoor studio, allowing for classes in all weather conditions.
